551 Horai is a famous shop selling pork mince-filled steamed buns.
The buns are all handmade.
We use about 4 tons of onions a day in the making of our pork mince.
We cut the pork slightly larger than usual in order to achieve a good texture.
All our buns are made on the same day they are sold.
This is a famous specialty unique to the Kansai area and is perfect not only as a gift or souvenior, but to enjoy yourself at home!
