An in-station check-in service.
The services of the Welcome Counter are exclusive to guests staying at the Grand Prince Hotel Kyoto and the Lake Biwa Otsu Prince Hotel.
Check-in at the station and go site-seeing immediately without the encumbrance of luggage.
You can collect your luggage at the hotel in the evening. -
Luggage collected from your hotel and delivered to our counter (14:00-18:00)
If you keep your luggage at the hotel when leaving, we will deliver it to Kyoto station so you don't have to carry it around.
Luggage can be deposited at the Welcome Counter during business hours.
