This restaurant was established in Juso, Osaka in 1965 and is famous for introducing the popular dish "Negiyaki".
"Negiyaki" means "green onion pancake". It is similar to Okonomiyaki, a popular Japanese savory pancake dish, but unlike Okonomiyaki it is not based on cabbage, but green onions.
Among our many popular menu items, "Suji Negiyaki" is our bestseller. Enjoy its light taste, seasoned with lemon and our special soy sauce.
