It's been over 30 years since Takoya Dotoburi Kukura opened its main shop in Dotonbori.
We specialize in Takoyaki and Akashiyaki and now have around 60 shops nationwide.
The wonderfully fluffy texture of our batter is created by our Takoyaki craftsmen using a technique passed down since the company's foundation.
Be sure to try soaking Akashiyaki in our delicious and unique soup stock made from a closely-guarded recipe of ours.
